Sacristans

The sacristans set up for Sunday Masses and funeral services. They set out the ciboria for Masses and fill the cups for wine, if being used. The sacristans ensure all the ministers are in place for Mass, including the altar servers, ushers, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion and lectors. After Mass the sacristan cleans the vessels used at Mass and returns them to where they are stored.
